Key attaining Points

1. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all staffs to preparation, presentation and analysis of Financial Statements in compliance with IAS, IFRS and local laws specially Companies law, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, etc. Execute the internal audit & controlling activities of firms and clients.
  • Prepare and manage all Income Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT) Return, and documentation, Advance Tax, Deduction at sources, rebate/credit, refund/adjustment and interpretation, assessment proceeds for companies & other than company assesse.
  • Work independently and review associates tasks to complete individual & corporate Income Tax & VAT Assessment as complying laws & deadline (proceed all the hearing before ACT/AC DCT, JCT, CT, and Appeal & Appellate Tribunal for Tax Assessment purpose).
  • To do the jobs on company’s legal services especially with RJSC and relevant issues. Business licensing and registration/renewal services with the regulatory authority.
  • Maintain cooperation with NBR Offices, VAT Offices, RJSC office and Consultant’s offices. And also ability to manage & smooth run the team.

3. Educational Requirements:
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS)/BBS in Accounting Information System or Finance.
  • CA-Course Completed.
  • Income Tax Practitioner (ITP).
4. Skills Requirement: Dynamic, good managerial skill, Honest, Knowledgeable, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills. Self-motivated, Smart and Dedicated.
5. Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s), Fresher but confident candidates are also encouraged to apply.
6. Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 45 years.
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • Dedicated to achieve the goal of entity, self and team, should have honesty, integrity and transparency in dealings.
  • The minimum duration is to continue 03 Years.
7. Workplace & Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
